WarsawFest is the premier annual event hosted by the Warsaw/Richmond County Chamber of Commerce. Once a year, artists, craftsmen, local businesses and community members gather for a day filled with fun, food and entertainment.

WarsawFest signals the beginning of the holiday season: summer vacations are a fading memory, new school schedules and activities are settling into a routine, and a hint of cooler weather and turning leaves start to take hold by the time our annual community event is celebrated on the 2nd weekend in October. Each year we average nearly 100 vendors, many featuring unique or one-of-a kind gifts and decorations. We welcome you in joining in our tradition.

Warsaw Fest will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024

9am – 4pm in the Warsaw Town Park. In addition to filling the Main Street area with Vendors and Exhibitors, the day’s festivities will include a Baby & Beauty Pageant, Children’s Rides & Games, Car & Truck Show, and a Grand Parade.

Schedule of Events:
Opening Ceremonies- 9am at the Main Stage
Baby & Beauty Pagaent- 9:30am at the Main Stage
State Farm Car & Truck Show- Judging begins at 10am

on Main Street
Warsaw Fest Parade- 2pm on Main Street from Belle Ville to Hamilton
Awards Ceremony- 3:30pm on the Main Stage

Open ALL day:

Kids Zone (wristbands & tickets sold at event)

Road Closures:
Main Street from Belle Ville to Ridgeway- 8:30am - 4pm
Parade Route 1:30pm - approximately 3pm

Event Parking:
Parking will be at Rappahannock Community College.
Shuttle runs from 8:30am to 4pm (RCC to front of Verizon)
Limited Handicap parking available next to Relish.

We are asking everyone to please refrain from parking on Main Street, Hamilton Blvd, Belle Ville, and Pine Street to avoid hindering emergency vehicles, shuttles, and the parade.
