Line up at: NNEC Lot (Hamilton & Belleville)
All entries will be lined-up on a "1st come 1st serve basis." If you want to be next to another entry in the parade line-up you must come to the line-up together.

- All entries must be 95% decorated before entering the line-up
- You cannot throw any objects from your unit. Walkers may hand out items.
- Sirens/horns may be used during the parade.
- Any and all participants will hold harmless the Warsaw-Richmond County Chamber of Commerce for any incident/accident.
- The Chamber has the right to refuse any entry
- No one under the age of 16 may drive any motor vehicle. Driver's license will be checked.
- There will be no parking inside the NNEC lot for Parade Participants. Vehicles dropping off, must enter on Hamilton and leave via Route 3.
